| We have recently been awarded a 100% customer satisfaction award by the Independent Warranty Association (IWA). The Independent Warranty Association has been one of the leading organisations in the UK who administer Deposit Protection and Guarantee Insurance to consumers within the home improvement market. We give all our domestic customers deposit protection and a Guarantee Insurance for up to 10 years through the Independent Warranty Association which is underwritten by the FSA. The IWA have carried out an independent installation quality survey of our previous customers. Following an excellent response we have been awarded a satisfaction level of 100% resulting in a Merit Award. We are extremely proud of this achievement and it is proof positive that we take great care and pride in all aspects of work | ||
